We offer a 30-day trial return window for orders shipped within the continental U.S.

Free returns & processing — no fees apply.

Return window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be clean and in their original packaging.

For Orders Outside the Continental U.S.:

Due to tariffs and rising logistics costs, return shipping is not covered.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at cerenneshop@cerenne.com with your order number.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
  • Please allow 7-21 business days for your bank to process the refund after we receive the returned items.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to an increase in fraudulent returns and exchanges, we can no longer facilitate direct exchanges. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
For an exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

WHAT ARE NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS?

Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns. If the clearance model is out of stock, we will either cancel the order or upgrade to the latest batch of the same model, though the price will be higher than the clearance price.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

All returns are free of charge, both within the continental U.S. and internationally. No return or processing fees will be deducted, and shipping costs for returns are fully covered.

IS THERE PRICE MATCHING FOR ORDERS PLACED BEFORE A SALE?

We’re committed to giving you the best deal. If you place an order up to 30 days before a promotion starts, we’ll adjust your price per its terms—please note, promotions cannot be combined.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR WARRANTY COVERAGE?

Our warranty extends for 360-day from your purchase date, covering all manufacturing defects. Should any issues arise, we provide a no-cost, one-time repair or replacement of your original purchase, inclusive of all its components. This comprehensive service includes free retrieval of the defective item and delivery of the replacement without any fees or deductibles.

Included in Coverage:

Any inherent flaws in the product due to manufacturing errors, assuming normal use and proper care.

NOT Included in Coverage:

  • Preferences related to comfort, style, or size.
  • Damage from stains, burns, tears, cuts, or exposure to liquids/moisture due to customer actions or environmental conditions (includes damage from pets).
  • Harm from improper laundering practices, such as damage or shrinkage from washing or using a dryer.
  • The expected reduction in duvet filling plushness with prolonged use.
  • Ordinary deterioration from daily cleaning, laundering, and regular usage.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. If you’d still like to cancel or return an item after it’s been shipped, please contact us at cerenneshop@cerenne.com and initiate a return for a full refund.

THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER IS INCORRECT! CAN I CHANGEIT?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to update the shipping address. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for any address changes. For further assistance, please contact us at cerenneshop@cerenne.com.

I FORGOT TO ADD A PROMO CODE OR REFERRAL CREDIT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

No problem! Please contact our customer service team at cerenneshop@cerenne.com. They can assist you with applying your promo code or referral credit to your order.

DO I NEED TO PAY TAX ON MY ORDER?

Sales tax is collected in select states as required by law. The exact amount of sales tax will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

We currently ship our products to the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, EU countries, Turkey, and other selected regions. We are actively expanding our shipping capabilities to more countries soon.

DOES VESTA OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes! Cerenne offers free shipping on all orders to every country we currently ship to, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, EU countries, Turkey, and more. No minimum purchase or extra fees required.

WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO WE USE?

We use FedEx, UPs, and Usps for domestic orders, and DHL and Canada Post for international orders. 

WHEN & WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We offer global shipping. For customers in the United States, orders are typically shipped from our Texas warehouse 2-5 business days after placement. If there is no stock available in Texas, we will ship your order from our European or Asian warehouses at no extra cost to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
